The first few times I went there they were fantastic, but the last few times have not been so great. Their Cuban sandwiches were amazing until I noticed they were putting less and less pulled pork on it (which is a shame because it was the best.) Just a few little shreds. Well this time, I am pretty positive they put chicken instead of pork. It does not taste the same at all. Quite disappointed as that was the best part of the whole sandwich.

one more recommendation for a can't miss great restaurant experience!! Yes its authentic, Yummy (you would not expect that in the middle of nowhere) Yes the staff will treat you as family; Yes its CLEAN - No matter where you are coming from the drive is worth it - beautiful country setting!

The food was delicious. I had a Cuban sandwich and a breaded fried crab cake. The Cuban sandwich was very good. I would have liked more pickles on it but it was very good anyway. My wife had the same. I've never had a crab cake prepared like this. It was breaded then fried. I really enjoyed it with some hot sauce. They also gave us some Cuban style bread with butter. I don't drink anything besides water, and theirs was awful don't ask for water even with lemon. Over all it was a nice atmosphere, handicap friendly with good food.👍

I absolutely love this place, I can’t explain how fresh each ingredient is that is put in to each dish at this establishment, I love it so much, it is the most authentic Cuban restaurant I have ever been too in all of Florida, I recommend the steak sandwich, this sandwich is done so well by the staff here, also the food is prepared with haste each time I visit,.

Busy place most of time. If you have to wait it's usually very short wait. Excellent fresh cooked food. Homemade devil crabs, soups, etc, and the hottest Cafe con leche I've ever had.

Not fancy, but is clean and very casual. Gives the feel of " fulltime" Florida. Actually has an intriguing history. Food is good; menu leans to Cuban fare. Friendly waitresses!

The peole there are great and the Cuban sandwich is always an excellent meal. Pairing that with the black beans and yellow rice go with it to make a wonderful eating experience.

Ordered lunch here for pick took a little long but the food was fresh an the service was very respectful nice little place

Usually a really good place had my first bad experience ask them to re-cook one thing on my plate it was too salty acted like I was trying to steal food from them went back to my table listen to the owner talk trash with the people up front owner comped my main but force me to pay for the rice and plantains which is okay but it would have been nice to have the actual main part of the meal last time I come in there extremely rude on the way out at least the waitress was nice

The service is awesome, and the food is excellent. My family and I come here at least once a week for dinner and I come here at least twice a week for lunch. It can get pretty busy at lunch time between 11am-4pm but the staff is still good with serving and are very accommodating. They have great lunch specials every day and the no matter what I've ordered here it has always tasted delicious.

Not bad. Got the Chicken Saltido. Not what I'm used to from the Cuban places in Tampa, but it was very tasty. Rice was cooked well and the red bean soup was good, but it needed some more Chirizo. The plaintains weren't as black and tender as I like. Happy accident found in Masaryktown.

Such a cute set up! I loved the home-feel of this restaurant. Definitely a must try! The Cuban sandwiches are SO good!

Haven't tried the subs sandwiches, but the black beans/rice and big devil crab...so good, the favor stays in the palate wanting more. The historical restaurant gives a homes and warm feeling. The service is very hospitable.

Good service but don't get the fish sandwich....hardly any fish...lots of bread.

Really love cuban food but after several times eating here find the food WAY too salty. Have tried sandwiches soups meals. All just too much salt

Definitely a good Cuban with real pulled pork. I really like the rice and beans and expresso coffee also.
